Stress a major problem and how could we deal with it.

 

Stress is a common health issue encountered by the people across the world. Stress is now not confined to a particular age-group people of all age suffer from stress.Stress is a psychological disorder and leads to many negative consequences. Some sort of stress that are very common or are natural to occur like stress during examinations, interview or else are useful to get focus up-to some extent, but here in this particular article we are neither concern with such kind of natural occurring stress nor we put a light on it now, as currently we are mentioning those stress disorder which could be troublesome to a better future of an individual.

Causes

  • The death of near and dear ones lead to stress.
  • Broken families and nuclear families where people suffer from loneliness attributes to stress.
  • Unemployment which correspondingly lead to financial problems or social status.
  • No security of job, a fear of being fired or uncertainty of growth chances could also be a considerable reason. 
  • Work load and illogical targets that are nearly impossible to achieve and which causes a higher expectations and continuously disturbed to undergo the present assigned tasks.
  • Children are under stress due to peer pressure and bottle neck competition.

How to reduce or deal with it

  • By recognizing the signs and symptoms of stress and taking constructive steps to eliminate.
  • Looking at the devastating effect several awareness program should be conducted.
  • A person should visit a psychologist or a counselor for advice.
  • Socializing, travelling, pursuing hobbies like yoga, gym etc.
  • Should watch comedy movies or attend laughter shows.
  • Therapies to rejuvenate like music therapy, listening to some good encouraging songs.

Conclusions

To core out stress is very dangerous as, it is the root cause of other diseases and one could first realize that whether if an individual is undergoing through stress.At the same time near and dear ones should also try to help victim to overcome stress. Love and care could help to resolve the issue.
