One should know that the entire company is running by the sales which it makes each employee is paid by that indirectly, not only the sales but the company’s reputation could also be known by its sales field as it is also called the face of the company.
Now, say for example if one wants to sell a tea then he must highlight the features of tea-like taste, aroma or its health benefits etc. but what if you are in the mechanical industry, what is the key factor of selling, it is the technicalities and an engineer who has a good sound knowledge could only represent the real worth of product to the client based on those theories which he studies during his engineering.
